Testing for quality at every stage of production.
After we discuss and outline your product requirements, we assign members of our talented team of nearly 200 R&D personnel to begin work on product development and design. Every product undergoes complete product design verification: EVT (Engineering Verification Test), DVT (Design Verification Test), PVT (small batch process verification test), MP (mass production), so product quality is guaranteed throughout the design process.
Maintaining world-class lab facilities.
LoctekMotion’s multi-million dollar laboratories are fully equipped with the most advanced testing equipment available including instruments that can measure 52 different performance standards. Our testing facilities allow us to independently conduct BIFMAX5.5 (American Office Furniture Association Certification) and EN527-3-2003 (European Office Furniture Certification).
Managing a comprehensive linear drive supply chain.
We maintain relationships with nearly 200 quality suppliers to ensure we always have high-quality raw materials for our linear drive products.
Establishing a quality control plan for all products.
In addition to fully testing products during the production process, we establish an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and QCP (Quality Control Plan) to ensure best practices are documented and executed.
Performing a thorough final inspection.
Before any product ships to customers, our OQC Inspection Team conducts a final inspection and can issue a shipment quality inspection report for the customer.
